Subject: - Proposal for filling up of postmaster posts by general line officials in AP Circle-reg.

It is learnt that that the following Postmaster posts earmarked for ASPs in AP Circle are proposed to be allotted to general line (Operative staff)  as per the RJCM item taken up by the unions. This was taken up with the GS through e-mails.

Hence it is requested to take with the Dte  and see that the present position is allowed to continued.  If the RJCM proposal is materialized, promotional chances in the Circle to IPs/ASPs will have to be curtailed.
