Four monthly meeting was held in the CO on 17.04.2015.

Following representatives have attended the meeting.

a.     Sri G.Sivanagaraju President,

b.     Sri S.Prasad Rao Secretary.

Items discussed in the meeting with the CPMG.

a.     Provision of land phones to sub-divisional offices,

b.     Filling up of vacant IP/ASP posts,

c.      Supply of laptops to 22 IRMs/ASRMs in the circle,

d.     Batteries to laptops supplied after 2011,

e.     HRA cases of Sri P. Parisudda Rao ASP Chirala and Sri Umamaheshwar Rao IP Dharamvaram.

f.       And also discussed with the APMG (Vig) matters relating to rotational transfers in Hyderabad city region, DPC pertaining to MACPs and ASP promotions from IP cadre.

In the evening a local meeting was held in the office of the SSP Hyderabad city division and most of the members attended. Sri Y.Venkateshwarlu OGS (ASP Kazipet and Sri G. Siva Nagaraju president have presided the meeting.  The following decisions have been   taken in the meeting.

1.     Mobile phone bill now allowed Rs. 750- to be increased to Rs. 1500- and data card Rs. 1000- to each IP/ASP.

2.     It was learnt that 4 postmaster (ASP Cadre)  posts will be given to general line people.  This was taken up with the General Secretary and protest was conveyed to Circle Office. This proposal will hamper the promotional chances of our staff members.  This item to be again taken up with the GS.

3.     Transfer cases of Sri Niranjan Gramopadyai ASP and Sri Goutham Kumar IP to be taken up with the CO and PMG Hyderabad.

4.     A letter to be drafted to Circle Office once again regarding rotational transfers in Hyderabad city Region.

5.     Detailed discussions held on strike to be observed by the operative staff from 5^th May.  No call has been given by the CHQ so far.

6.     It is pertinent to note that still some of HOs are remitting subscription @ Rs. 30- instead of Rs. 50-. Circle Office to be addressed on this.

7.     A letter to be addressed to the CPMG regarding timely conduct of DPCs on ASP promotions and MACPs.

8.     Regional level meetings are to be conducted in the Circle to ventilate the grievances of our cadre.

9.     Summary achievements by the association during the first year are to be circulated to each member through circular.

10.                         The next CWC is proposed at Vijayawada on 03/04-05-2015. Details of venue and exact date will be informed through our blog and notification.
