Updates on ASP Promotion and MACPs.

1. It was brought to the notice of Association that names of eligible IPs not included in the 24 list issued by the Circle Office..  In this connection CO has asked the Regional/Divisional heads to include the names of IPs whose seniority falls within the zone of consideration, and now the ROs/DOs to ensure that names of all the eligible IPs included while sending reports to Circle Office. Requests of the ASPs whose representations submitted for their native Regions would be considered after DPC proceedings issued which is expected within 15 days. Promotions are expected to 10 eligible senior IPs.

2. As regards MACP promotion, it is ascertained that DPCs for MACP -II & III completed and orders are expected within one or two days.

3. All the direct IPs who have submitted representations to their native circle may provide full details to C.S for pursuing the same with the CO.
