CWC meeting held at Trivendrum on 25/26-7-2015

CWC was held at Trivendrum on 25/26-07-2015. S.Prasad Rao C/S  & Y.Venkateshwarlu OGS have took part in the meeting from AP Circle.

The following items were discussed as agenda.

1.      Confirmation of minutes of the last CWC held at Ahmedabad on 07.02.2014,

2.      Cadre restructuring of IP cadre and merger of ASP cadre into PS Group “B”,

3.      Meeting held with Hon’ble Chairman 7^th CPC & submission of memorandum,

4.      Organizational review,

5.      Ernakulam CAT case- UP-gradation of GP of IP from Rs. 4200- to 4600- w.e.f 1/1/2006,

6.      Senior Postmaster examination CAT case,

7.      DPC for promotion to the cadre of PS group “B”.

8.      Inter circle transfer of IP under rule 38 of postal manual Vol.IV,

9.      Combined seniority list IP cadre,

10.  Revised recruitment rules of PS Gr.”B”/Asst.Manager MMS,

11.  LDCE for promotion to the cadre of Sr.PM and PS Gr.”B”,

12.  Financial review of Chq.

The GS has discussed many important issues and shared with Circles.  All the issues earlier taken up with the GS were again brought to his notice and he assured that issues will be taken up with the directorate.

During the meeting, the GS mentioned that 351 posts of ASPs will be up-graded to group “B” cadre under cadre restructuring and same is expected shortly.
