Grant of honorarium to IO/PO- clarification.

Good news to IPs/ASPs worked as IO/POs.

The ministry of personnel, public grievance and pensions department of personnel & training vide their letter no. 142/15/2010-AVD.I dated 23rd June,2014 clarified that the honorarium payable to the IO/PO for conducting inquiry in departmental proceedings would be outside the purview of the general delegation under FR 46-B. The  directorate  has circulated the same vide memo no. 43-32/2013-PE-II dated 3rd November-2014.

Hence all the IPs/ASPs who worked as IO/PO may request the ROs for clearance of  the pending honorarium.
