Bi-monthly meeting with the PMG Visakhapatnam.

Bi-monthly meeting with the PMG Visakhapatnam was held on 13.11.2014 

Old items:

 1. The house rent to the offices of SDH  Amadalavalasa and Tekkali not yet finalized by the SPOs Srikakulam.

Reply: SP Srikakulam has been asked to take action to revise the FHR in r/o the said two offices.

New items:

1. Supply of brief cases to all the IPs/ ASPos in the region.  Non-communication of CO  letter to the divisional heads in the region on the subject.

Reply: PMG has agreed to supply a copy of Dte. letter no. F 15-1/2011-GA dated 26.10.2014 circulated through CO Letter no. SDC/26/(CO)/2009-10 dated 10.06.2014 to divisional heads in the Region,

2. Request for clearance of pending RPLI/IO.PO honorarium to IP/ASPs in the Region.

Reply: Action is being taken to release funds in r/o RPLI.  As regards IO/PO honorarium, RO has taken up with the Dte. for clarification on ceiling.
