The Department of Posts on 11/04/2012 endorsed a copy of DOPT OM No 12/2/2012-JCA-2 dated 27/03/2012 declaring closed holiday on 14th April, 2012 on account of Dr B R Ambedkar Birthday. The closed holiday was also notified under Section 25 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (26 of 1881).
