OA No. 296/2014 filed by 15 ASPs of our association members for grant of grade pay of Rs. 5400- after serving for four years in the grade pay of Rs. 4800-. The OA was allowed by Hyderabad CAT in favour of applicants on 14.09.2015. Copy of order is awaited.

ReplyDeleteIt is learnt that officers of central excise and customs also won the cat case as well as in High court of AP on the same anology and that their dept has filed SLP in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the results are not known. Any how let us hope positive results.
