I think that all the members have purchased brief cases in
the circle by this time. Dte. Letter was got circulated to all the ROs/DOs at the instance of circle association. If
any division didn’t do it please inform to the association.
An association item was taken up with the Chief PMG. All the office bearers and members are
requested send information to our web site e-mail id: ipaspap@gmail.com
within a week so that the same can be taken submitted to Chief PMG.

Name of sub divisional office located away from
post office so that inverters are provided to work during evening/late hours.
2.
In r/o the sub divisional offices located in the
post office, arrangements will be taken to connect computer/laptop from Post Office
UPS if already not done.
