1-05/14	Provision of Gr-D assistance to sub-divisional heads	Orders issued for provision of Gr-D assistance to sub-divisional IP/ASPs vide CO letter no. Est/Misc/Gr.D/2009 dated 30.07.2009 and 05.02.2010 to all regions/units in HCR.
2-05/14	Sanction of telephone bills on self declaration.	Production of voucher is required in support of expenditure.
3-05/14	Sanction of RPLI/PLI incentives to IP/ASPs for last two years.	Recently during the month of April & May-14 some of IPs/ASPs have been sanctioned PLI incentive for the years-2010-11,2011-12 & 2012-13.  Association may furnish the list of officials to whom incentive was not paid.

All the members are requested to act on the above and intimate non-conformity, to our association to take up with CO.  Details of PLI/RPLI incentives due to IP/ASPs not paid for the last two years may also please be intimated.
