CWC meeting at Shirdi on 12th & 13th Oct, 2012 - Discussion on Grade Pay

Central Working Committee of our association will meet on 12th & 13th October, 2012 at Shirdi (Maharasthtra). One of the major items of agenda of CWC would be the enhancement of grade pay of IPs to ₹ 4600/- which is again recently rejected by the Ministry of Finance showing silly reasons.

A local meeting was held at Hyderabad on 28/09/2012 which was attended by Shri Shaik Shabbir, former CS, Shri Y.Venkateswarlu, AGS, Shri S.Prasada Rao, ACS, Shri P.B.Sreenivas, Treasurer, senior and active members.

Shri R.Rama Krishna, ASP, Hyderabad Stg Dn who was retired on 31/08/2012 on superannuation was felicitated in the meeting.

The issue of grade pay of IPs was discussed in detail and almost all the members participated in the discussions and expressed their views and suggestions. But, no conclusive decision could be taken and it was of the collective opinion that views and suggestions of all members in the circle as to what the circle association should express n grade pay of IPs in the CWC at Shirdi.

All the members are, thus, requested to express their views and suggestions on the stand to be taken by our circle association on the issue of Grade Pay in the CWC at Shirdi. Views and Suggestions may kindly be mailed to : ipaspap@gmail.com.

  1. After implementation of VI pay commission in almost all CWC meetings, circle conferences, All India conferences, the main item for discussion is grade pay issue. The unanimity is continuing like 'coffee' 'toffee' argument. My suggestion is to delete the item from agenda and wait for formation of VII pay commission. Then once again we can start our argument for the injustice caused in VII pay commission in coming CWC meetings, conferences after VII pay commission. The issue is like Kashmir issue, LOC issue which will not resolve. Being IPs and ASPs we are not in a position to come to a conclusion, then what we can expect from department or MOF. It is a shame on our all parts.

  2. Dear CS & all Senior members participating these conferences.

I heartly request you not to conclude this issue but to continue otherwise what will be left out for conferences and meetings to be attended and to enjoy in hotels, something should be there and please continue this because this shows inefficiency of the IPs and ASPs in this department who boast of very efficient cadre the so-called backbone of the department. let this issue run upto the existence of the department or the service of our association members so that we should be able to discuss at all the meetings and conferences.

    Thanks and SHAME

  3. We should file EP at CAT and should implede in it if possible
Besides which we should be able to show our protest strongly.

    strongly means for our association,
at the most to wear black ribbons for one hour,
that too without falling into the vicinity of SP/DPS/PMGs
we are even afraid of local administration
    then what can we achieve

It should be like "shout and do Or shut and die"
"I will not shout but I will do" will not work at all

Our cadre is day by day becoming weaker because of our freaky attitude
we are even scary of posting comments with names

Nobody is against the grade-pay in the department
It is time to express our resentment on a large scale

Let only the humans respond for the association call.... but at least give a call

    1. Dear Sir,

If nobody is against the grade-pay in the department then why in all the meetings of association ends up with no conclusion on the issue.
