Sub:- Four-Monthly Meeting with the service unions/Associations to be held on

           In July, 2016-Reg.

Sir,

            The following items may please be discussed during the meeting.

Old Items:

1.       HRA case of Sri. P. Parisudharao ASP, Chirala and Umamaheswara Rao, IP, Dharmararam.

2.       Accommodation to Tekkili an Amdalavalsa Sub divisional Offices(Vishakapatnam Region)

3.       Filling up of Mail Overseer posts in some sub divisions as result of  which  visits to post offices not done timely. If Mail overseer posts are filled up BD targets can be reached besides above said work.

4.       Training to IP/ASPs in CBS and Mc-cammish software.

5.       Allotment of TA funds to all the divisions in the Circle as TA bills are pending  since one year all most all the divisions.  

6.       Request for allotment of IP/ASPs: IPs/ASPs are waiting for re-allotment of Regions   for which they have got their names registered in the request register of CO.  The kind CPMG is requested to take action early for re-allotments to all the officials concerned.

New items:

1.       Request for  registering of IP/ASPs for re-allotment to Hyderabad City Region.  Recently applications sent to CO are returned. For example :  application of ASP(HQ) of Mahabubnagar  Division.  

2.       Payment of Net Balance of Rs.500/- to all IP/ASP in the circle for usage of  internet through mobiles.

3.       Conducting  regular DPC for  ASP promotions/Conducting DPC for Ad-hoc promotions in the cadre of PS Group “B”

1.       Sri. Y. Venkateswarlu, ASRM, Kazipet RMS, “Z” Division.

2.       Sri. B. Suresh Kumar, ASP, (Inspections) O/o CPMG, AP Circle.
