Subject: - Rotational transfers for the year-2015-reg

Rotational transfer orders are to be issued in the month of March-2015.  In this connection following submissions are made.

1   Every year RTs are issued without informing the vacant places to the IPs/ASPs  who are to be  rotated ,as a result of which they are not aware of the places to be opted.

2  Hence, it is requested to notify the vacant places and communicate the same to Ips/ASPs so that they can opt for the convenient places in the region.

3.    The associations request the kind authorities to consider the requests of the Ips/ASPs to their opted places, in the month of January/February every year.  If the requests are considered they work with more satisfaction and administration can extract work while achieving the targets.
