All members of the association,

          Friends, hope you have received Circular number-1 dated 19.02.2014 in which the details of 40th biennial conference of our association i.e dates, venue, and other related information along with coupons sent through concerned ASPs (Hqrs) by this time.  If any member is not received, the same may be brought to the notice of Regional Representatives or Circle Secretary (Mobile no. 9989899189) to arrange for supply of the same.

The reception committee is making all required arrangements to the members for their comfortable stay at Hyderabad during the period of conference.  All you know that financial support is essential to make the arrangements at the possible best.  ASP (Hqrs) are requested to distribute the coupons already supplied, to all the members of our association in divisions and ensure that the funds are realized fully.  They are also requested to remit the funds as and when raised by crediting into SBH account no. 62333094296 of SBH Kacheguda Branch (IFSC.Code no.SBHY.0020078) so as to make advance payments
