          It is well known to all members of our Association, that 39^th biannual conference of our association was held at Kurnool in February 2012 and it is due to be conducted in the year 2014. In this connection Circle Working Committee meeting was held at Hyderabad on 01.02.2014 (Saturday) and discussed the issues including conduct of 40^th biannual conference.

Hyderabad Region has to conduct the conference as per turn, but expressed inability. Thus Hyderabad City Region has come forward to conduct the said 40^th biannual conference at Greater Hyderabad. For the purpose, the following committees constituted for the smooth functioning of the conference.

            The venue is situated very near to GPRA quarters at Gachibowli. It is located at a distance of 15 KMs to Hyderabad GPO/Nampalli Railway Station and 12 KMs to Secunderabad Railway Station.
