It is reported by Shri Ajith Kuriaon Ex-CS Kerala Circle that IP Grade Pay case disposed of by Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench directing the Finance Ministry or else the 7th CPC to examine the case and rectify the anomaly.
The copy of judgement is not received. Kerala circle is in touch with lawyer.
